I had to dig out all of my packed away Christmas stuff to make this cutie.  LOL.
I stamped and colored the image using Copic markers and fussy cut him out.  I then die cut the snowflakes in white and red and with liquid glue adhered them together offsetting a little so the red  acted as a shadow.  I ran my card front through a polka dot embossing folder and adhered a red and white rectangle on the card front.   I carefully adhered the snowflakes under the rectangle just peeking out about half way.  I also adhered one of the snowflake in the upper center of the white rectangle under the reindeer.  Finally I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment on a piece of white card stock and die cut it out using a banner die and a red banner to go under the white one to also act as a shadow.
This card was made using the November Freebie stamp set and sentiment.
